using any of our graphics sets you indicate
that you understand and accept our terms of
use and agree to be legally bound by them.
Only the sets specified as linkware
may be downloaded from this site.
You may not link directly to the images on
this web site.
Linkware sets are for personal use
only and may NOT be used on commercial
sites or sites that involve selling (or the
attempt to sell) anything, unless purchased.
If you are a webmaster/designer interested
in using Luvdalot sets to build or design
your clients site(s) you MUST first purchase
the set.
If you choose to use our sets you must use
the logo provided on the set.
You MAY NOT:
alter/change ANY Luvdalot graphics in
ANY way.
mix our sets or use our sets with other
graphics/sets.
use our graphics and/or html in
any manner to create your
own graphics or sets.
use our html for any purpose other than
displaying Luvdalot graphics only.
use our graphics as stationery in e-mails
(redistribution) or for any print projects.
use our sets in any pay or member-only
sites.
redistribute, resell, claim as your
own creations, or give away our graphics/html.
This means you may not display our graphics
and offer them as downloads from

Luvdalot Graphics & Design retains the
copyright for all of our designs.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL (no refunds) so please
be sure that your intended use is in compliance
with these terms and that you know how to
use our sets.
